About Cathy

Cathleen Garber, MSN, RN, APRN, NP-C, specializes in gynecological and sexual health, as well as eating disorders. She has worked at the Health Center since 2001. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from IU, and became a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Certification (SANE) in 2013. She enjoys treating IU students and providing education about their health. She is a Bloomington native and has five grandchildren. She loves to be at the lake, spending time with family, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
