The Office of Student Life and its departments offer a range of scholarships and awards for Indiana University Bloomington students and student organizations. Recipients are selected based on academic performance, campus involvement, leadership, and various other criteria.

The Student Life Staff Excellence Awards recognize the contributions of students, faculty, staff, and community partners to the Office of Student Life. Student Life staff members nominate candidates and the Awards Committee selects the recipients.
This recognition award is given annually to one University staff member outside the Office of Student Life in recognition of his/her efforts in promoting Student Life's mission. This category includes all University staff members and University faculty members presently serving in an administrative capacity.
